This Website provides a service namely Aligned Solopreneur’s Reading (hereinafter also referred to “Service”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms. 

This website provides Service based on the information you provide. The Service is offered and delivered online upon approval of submitted booking request and successful payment as per instructions. All personal information shared by you is kept confidential and used only to provide the booked service. Your data is never sold or shared with any third party. When you use this Website or the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy of this Website. 

Any form of abuse, including but not limited to hostile, disrespectful, or threatening language shall not be tolerated, while booking or consuming the Service, or otherwise. In such incidents, Organizing End holds the right to take necessary steps, including but not limited to terminating the Service and blacklisting a client. 

All written content and design on this Website is protected by Intellectual Property Rights. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or share this content in any way that violates such rights.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the systems.

Service is provided solely for your personal use. You shall not reproduce, share, distribute, or use the contents of delivered Services for any commercial or public purpose. 

All information provided through the Services on this Website is intended for personal reflection only. 

The Service does not guarantee or promise any specific outcome.

Organizing End shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the use of the Service or the Website.

The Service shall not be treated as a substitute for professional advice.

All bookings must be made as per the process explained on the Website. 

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment as per instructions.

Any and all prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Once a payment is made, there is no refund on cancellation for the Service. 

There is no refund for grievances of any nature, including but not limited to accuracy of the information provided through the Service, either towards the delivered Service or otherwise.

Regarding Aligned Solopreneur's Reading, only in case the Reading couldn’t be delivered within 30 days, subject to discretion on the Organizing End, will you be eligible for a full refund of $250. In such a case, if you don’t automatically receive a refund, you must contact connect@auralorecreative.com with the same e-mail address you booked your reading with to initiate your refund. 

These Terms may get updated from time to time, with or without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page. New Terms will become effective from the moment it is published. Continued use of the Website after such changes shall imply that you accept the new Terms.
