All users (“you” or “your”) must read these terms and conditions of use (“terms”) before using this web address “https://www.auralorecreative.com” (“website”) operated by or as “Aura Lore Creative” as a sole proprietorship entity and therefore by its representative or representatives (“we”, “us” or “our”). 

• By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms. 

• When you use this website, you agree to the Privacy Policy of this website.  

• This website facilitates you to book a Human Design reading (“reading”). This reading is provided on the basis of the information you provide, and is booked and delivered online upon approval of booking request and successful payment as per instructions. 

• For booking a reading, you agree to provide your information, namely your name and birth details accurate to your best knowledge. 

• Only you can book a reading for yourself.  

• Once you book a reading, you will not be able to book again for a period of 180 days (around six months) from the day of booking.

• All information provided through the reading is intended for personal reflection only. 

• A reading does not guarantee or promise any specific outcome.

• We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequence arising from the use of the reading or the website.

• A reading shall not be treated as a substitute for professional advice.

• A reading is provided solely for your personal use. You shall not reproduce, share, distribute, or use the contents of delivered reading for any commercial or public purpose. 

• There is no refund for grievances of any nature, including but not limited to accuracy of the reading or dissatisfaction of any kind regarding the delivered reading. However, you are welcome to contact us with your valuable feedback.

• While interacting or communicating with us, any form of abuse, including but not limited to verbal in nature, shall be interpreted as a violation of these terms. In an incident of such violation, we hold the right to take necessary steps, including but not limited to legal action. In an incident of such violation during booking or delivery of a reading, we hold the right to take necessary action, including but not limited to terminating the processing of the reading at any stage, usually but not necessarily with a notice. No refunds of any kind are available in such a case.

• Once you make the payment for your reading, your booking gets confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed, there is no cancellation or refund for cancellation. 

• We may post a copy of your audio reading on our YouTube channel, however without a liability to do so. When you book a reading, you agree to have no issues with your reading to be posted in such a way. We shall not be liable to delete your reading from our YouTube channel on your request. However, we, ourselves, may delete your reading from our YouTube channel with or without any reason, without any prior notice. 

• In a case where your reading couldn't be processed or delivered to you by the promised deadline, solely because of issues at our end, you will be eligible for a full refund. Usually in such a case, you will receive an e-mail regarding the delay, along with an option to claim a full refund. If such delays occur and you don't receive any communication in this regard, you must contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date to claim your refund or to address the issue. 

• In case your delivered reading couldn't reach you because you changed or deleted the e-mail address that you used to book your reading, there is no refund. In such a case, we shall not be liable to ensure the delivery of your reading to you. If you have changed or deleted your e-mail address before the reading could be delivered to you, you must contact us to address the issue within 10 days from the expected delivery date. 

• At the time of delivery of the reading, you will receive an e-mail with the link to download your reading. The reading will be available to download for a duration of 60 days. We may not be able to, and shall not be liable to provide you with a downloadable copy of your reading after the aforementioned duration of 60 days. 

• All written content and design on this website is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or share this content in any way that violates such rights.

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the systems.

• Any and all prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

• These terms may get updated from time to time, without any prior notice. New terms become effective from the moment they are published. Continued use of the website after such changes shall imply that you accept the updated terms.
